Mistaken Identity Part 2-18

“Why are you happy?”  Sasshi asked in an irritated tone.

“I shouldn’t tell you.”  Kitarie replied with a finger to her lips.

“I hate you and your fantasies.”

“Aww, Sasshi lighten up your life cannot be doomed because of one bad experience.”

She looked at her roommate and shrugged her shoulders before taking a sip from the water fountain.

“Sasshi, I think I can achieve this with him…”

“Rie-chan, please don’t think that you need a competition to get him.”

“Well I like you too…”

“Now stop playing fickle.”  Sasshi smiled.

“Mou… you are no fun.”  She said as she wrapped her arm around her roommate’s neck.

“Maybe this will change your perspective.”

Kitarie felt her body twist in an unusual way and suddenly the eye contact caught her off guard.

Her face turned to a cherry before Sasshi released into her normal position.

“I had nothing to say.”  She joked as they walked into the classroom.

Mistaken Identity Part 2-17

“This is so hard.”  Takamina thought.

She looked at her blank piece of paper and scratched it with the pencil as she pondered over the ideas.

“Hehe, Takahashi-san and her mouth.”  Acchan teased as she poked the ribbon.

The elder woman turned to the glasses-wearing woman as she took her seat next to her.

“What do you want to do?”  Acchan asked.

Takamina looked at her friend and showed her curled lips.

“I have an idea…”

“What do you mean?”

“I’ll explain later when I have the poster ready for Yuko.”  She explained as the rest of the students walked into the classroom.

The people scattered after the lecture.

Drained from the lecture, Nyan observed Yuko with a grin glaring at the pencil.

“Nyan!  What did I miss?”

“I was sleeping.”  She replied.

“Must have been dreaming of me and our night.”  Yuko smiled.

“I’m really tired… sorry.”

Nyan dragged her body to the next class as the leader grabbed her bag before the next class started.

Yuko rushed out to the hallway, colliding with the trio.

“Itai!”

“Mou!  Watch where you are going!”  Ryou groaned as Kouchi lifted Yuko off the ground.

“Are you okay?”

“I’m fine.”  Yuko moaned before looking up.

“Thank god, I was wondering if…”

“You look cute.”  Yuko grinned.

“Thanks.”

Yuko waved to Kouchi as she headed toward the next class.

“I guess miracles do happen.”  Mariko commented as they strolled in the hallway.

Lecture was a tedious process for many of them with the monotonous voice lulling them to sleep.

Ryou hummed a simple melody trying to avoid the teacher’s spell.

Hearing the chalk fall, the class suddenly awoke.

The clock as its natural enemy to students ticked slowly.

Ryou looked over to his right and noticed the black-haired woman.

His chest was constricted by the aura of her.

His attention turned toward her and then snapped back to reality.

A paper slid under his notebook and he opened it.

I’m interested in you.

Ryou wondered who could it be and looked to his right to the empty seat.

He shook off the idea and saw the clock past the top of the hour.

Mariko and Ryou arrived with smirks on their faces.

The awkward encounter of minutes ago drove a wedge between them.  He took his seat in the middle of nowhere as Mariko sat in the front.

Yuko glanced over at the guy and scooted up to him.

Her friendly smile drew many people into conversations but Ryou kept to himself as the teacher scratched the board with the chalk.

The quick strokes awoke the class to the start of the lesson.

Kouchi rushed into the front near the window as she held it up in front of the class.

“Welcome to Advanced Music!”

Ryou turned to the squirrel and flashed a smile back annoying her partner.

The teacher marked up every space she could see with notes as the class furiously followed.

Ryou noticed Yuko reaching out for pencil and excused herself from the room.

Without the distraction, the class was forced into concentrating on the teacher.

Sasshi strolled into the classroom, noticed the four inside and took her seat.

Normally a ruckus, it was quiet for the first class.

Sitting back with her eyes closed, she glanced into her life.

Friendly was her demeanor until love interfered.

Blinded by her heart, she found herself covered in the muck

Only her roommate came to her rescue

Holding her tightly for the brief moment, she was rid of the plague that haunted her.

Opening the eyes, she hadn’t arrived.

Her eye roamed to the entrance noting the long black hair and puffed lips.

She flashed a smile to her roommate.

An interest in love stories bugged her but she was close enough to admitting her cracks in the shield.

Kitarie took her seat, opened the book at its location and dwelled into another page of imagination.

Mistaken Identity Part 2-12

Takamina and Acchan entered the class seeing the two occupied in the corner they took their seats without paying attention to the two.

“Maeda, are you going to take over for Oshima?”

“Takahashi will.”

The teacher scoffed at the idea and turned her body to the side avoiding contact with the short woman.

“Sensei!  I wouldn’t mind taking the responsibility.”

“Acchan is a far better leader than you.”

Takamina shook her head at the statement as Acchan lowered her head onto the table.

The elder woman realized that to gain respect she had to earn it somehow and took the opportunity to list down ideas for a fundraiser.
